Users:

Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.

Sellers:

Users who list products or services on the Platform.

Buyers:

Users who purchase products or services through the Platform.

Content:

Any text, images, videos, or other material uploaded to the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

• Users must create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
• The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

4. Marketplace Transactions

• Sellers are responsible for listing accurate product or service descriptions.
• Buyers agree to pay the specified price upon purchasing.

• Refunds and disputes should be resolved between Buyers and Sellers, with the Platform providing limited mediation where applicable.

6. Fees & Payments

• Fees are subject to change and will be communicated accordingly.
• Payments processed through third-party payment providers are subject to their respective terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their content but grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display and distribute such content. Unauthorized use of the Platform's content or trademarks is prohibited.

8. Termination & Suspension

The Platform reserves the right to:

• Terminate or suspend accounts without prior notice for violations of these Terms.
• Remove content deemed inappropriate or harmful.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

• The Platform is not liable for transactions, losses, or damages resulting from user interactions.
• Users assume full responsibility for their use of the Platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should first be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in the United Kingdom.

11. Modifications to Terms

The Platform reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
